Aufgaben:

• Coordination and management of all Engineering and Maintenance personnel including ensuring adequate resources, equipment and people, are in place to meet operational needs.
• Ensuring the reliability and uptime of site equipment through implementation and oversight of predictive/preventive maintenance and reliability programs.
• Organization and supervision of the Engineering and Maintenance team ensuring that all activities are performed with the highest level of safety.
• Leadership and monitoring of capital projects.
• Requisition of tools, equipment and supplies for maintenance activities.
• Selection, management, and coordination of external contractors.
• Developing, monitoring and controlling budgets.
• Developing and managing the Maintenance & Engineering Training Programs.
• Promoting and ensuring compliance of company values and lean thinking

Anforderung:

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• 10+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience within industry, preferrable automotive or glass
• 3+ years Leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of respective technology
• Excellent knowledge of technical contexts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Profound experience in the implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies
• Advanced project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or German are a strong asset
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and present technical content to different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments
• Robust understanding of Lean, 5S, DOE and other process improvement tools
• Ability and willingness to uphold company Values.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Very good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
